Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information TrafflexCPA ("we", "us") collects through the TrafflexCPA platform (the "Service"), how it is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to advertisers, publishers, and anyone visiting a tracking link served through the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information you provide when registering or updating your profile:

  • Name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text)
  • Company details, payment method, and payout details for publishers/advertisers

Tracking data generated automatically when a link is clicked or a conversion fires:

  • IP address, approximate geographic location, device type, and operating system
  • Click and conversion identifiers, timestamps, sub-IDs, and referring offer/publisher
  • Postback and API log data exchanged with advertisers and publishers

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate click tracking, conversion attribution, and reporting
  • To calculate and process advertiser charges and publisher payouts
  • To detect and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, and abuse
  • To provide support and respond to inquiries
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

Click and conversion data tied to a specific offer is shared between the advertiser and publisher involved in that transaction (e.g., a publisher sees which of their clicks converted; an advertiser receives conversion notifications). We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure and processing providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery) bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

4. Confidentiality of Partner Data

We treat the identity, performance data, and statistics of our advertisers and publishers as confidential business information. We do not disclose a partner's identity, traffic sources, click or conversion volumes, approval rates, payout or revenue figures, or any other performance statistics to unrelated third parties, competing partners, or the public.

Such information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Between the specific advertiser and publisher party to a given transaction, and only to the extent necessary to operate that transaction (see Section 3)
  • With infrastructure and service providers who process data on our behalf under binding confidentiality obligations
  • Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process
  • With the partner's own explicit, informed consent

This confidentiality commitment applies for as long as we hold a partner's data and survives the closure of a partner's account.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Tracking links use a click identifier (via URL parameter and/or cookie) to attribute a later conversion back to the correct click, publisher, and offer. The admin dashboard uses a local browser preference (e.g., theme, timezone) stored in your browser's local storage, which is not transmitted to us.

6. Data Retention

Click, conversion, and financial ledger data is retained for as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and legal requirements. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access control, and parameterized database queries — to protect information against unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can update most account details directly in your profile, or contact support for anything else.

9. International Transfers

The Service is used by advertisers and publishers across multiple countries; information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection for information transferred internationally.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

12. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy can be sent to the support email configured in your account area, or via the Support section of the platform.
